Tři hráči našich akademií v nominaci na turnaj MLB
Horká novinka přímo z evropské centrály MLB! Na základě skvělých předvedených výkonů byli vybráni tři hráči brněnské a pražské akademie na červnový turnaj MLB na Floridě a sice do týmu European All Star Team.
Moc blahopřejeme Filipu Clausovi, Janu Nebenführovi a Marku Chlupovi - skutečný význam takové události nám všem dojde až za několik dní...
Nesmím zapomenout na dva další naše hráče - Ondřeje Satoriu a Filipa Smolu, kteří byli zařazeni na seznam náhradníků. Seznam všech nominovaných hráčů si můžete prohlédnout ZDE (naši jsou označeni červeně pro Vaši lepší orientaci).

Hello everyone,
We are very excited to introduce a new project for 2015: the European All Star Tour. USA Baseball has agreed to have a European All Star Team compete in their annual 17U National Championships which will take place in Jupiter, Florida from June 16 – 24. This tournament brings together 300 teams featuring the best young players (born after May 1, 1997) from the east coast of the United States and serves as a trial for the USA Junior National Team. It will be an unprecedented chance for our players to compete against some of the best players in the world and to be showcased in front of professional scouts and university coaches. We will also aim to have one to two exhibition games in Florida prior to the tournament against minor league teams.
MLB staff and scouts have been carefully monitoring the progress of the top European prospects over the past 12 months, both at our MLB events and in their off-season training at the academies. Following on from the MLB Academies Spring Tournament in Barcelona last week, we are very pleased to announce the roster for the European All Star Tour to Florida, as well as a short list of reserves who could be called into action should any of the selected players be unable to attend. We will follow up individually with each of you to discuss the details of the tournament and the necessary preparations.
