MLB Europe jumps on Wolverines Baseball early and coasts to 15-0 win

MLB Europe jumped out to an early lead on Wolverines Baseball and captured a 15-0 victory on Wednesday at Blue six.

Eleven runs in the first three innings allowed MLB Europe to put the game away early.

An error and a two-run single by Menno Lenting in the first inning and an RBI triple by Boyd Tuhumury and an RBI single by Bor Starc during the second inning supplied the early offense for MLB Europe.

Tuhumury had three extra-base hits for MLB Europe.

MLB Europe's Sascha Koch kept Wolverines Baseball off the scoreboard for all four innings he was on the rubber. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on three hits while striking out nine.

MLB Europe easily handled Wolverines Baseball pitching as six hitters combined for 14 hits, 12 RBIs and 12 runs scored.

Jose Arevalo lasted two innings on the bump for Wolverines Baseball before being removed. Arevalo allowed 11 hits and 10 runs.
